Best soft serve ice cream I've ever had. Burgers are great. Food is cooked to order and always hot.
Employees were on their phones and I didn't get helped for about 5 minutes but the food came out fast and management was nice.

Since this is the only Dairy Queen in town and I try to avoid it, I don't get to eat at a Dairy Queen often. The service sucks so much that I avoid going here most of the time. There were plenty of times when I went here only to have my food taste dried out, old, or both. I even had a couple occasions where this place was extra rude to my mom when I went there with her. On top of this, the place looks kind of run down. With poor service, sucky food, and a building that looks like it needs a renovation, what is the point of coming here? I have been to better Dairy Queens than this one.
If you are looking for consistency, this is not the place to go. However, if you have some time to kill and you don't mind that you and a friend order the same thing but they are different -- This is the place for you. Good spot to get some ice cream and go for a walk down to Winona.
