Habitually unresponsive but after quite a bit of calling and texting they came through and finished the job. Dinged up quite a bit of paint - some understandable, some not. We were asked to do our own carpet measure and got it wrong so this also caused problems. Carpet installer said he would come back and staple down carpet on porch once it relaxed but had to convince them to come back and do what they promised. Great stock but poor service.
